• All prices shared via quotation or proforma invoice are valid for the stated period.
• Prices are subject to change based on currency rates, freight costs, or government regulation changes.
• Final pricing is confirmed only upon written order confirmation or payment receipt.

4. Payment Terms

• Advance payment is required unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted modes: NEFT/RTGS, UPI, bank transfer, cheque (must be cleared before service).
• Late payments may result in interest or suspension of service.
• Taxes, port fees, or duties are the client’s responsibility unless specified (e.g., CIF/DDP terms).

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate documentation and instructions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws at origin and destination.
• Avoid false declarations, banned goods, or incorrect documents.
• Pay all taxes or surcharges not explicitly covered by Schwert Impex.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on external logistics and customs.
• We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events.
• Inspect shipments and report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Confirmed orders cannot be canceled unless mutually agreed in writing.
• Partial refunds may apply if canceled before execution based on administrative progress.
• No refunds for completed services or documentation.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content—including logos, images, text, and documents—is the property of Schwert Impex or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• No liability for issues due to client-supplied errors or non-compliance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
