We offer domestic and international shipping across the globe through trusted freight forwarding and logistics partners. Our services include:

  • Sea Freight (FCL & LCL)
  • Road & Rail Cargo
  • Courier & Express Parcel Services
  • Customs Clearance & Door Delivery

2. Order Processing Time

  • Documentation & Dispatch Preparation: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of required documents.
  • Export Orders: Timeline may vary based on destination country, export documentation, and clearance requirements.
  • Custom/Bulk Orders: Lead time is confirmed upon quotation and may depend on cargo type, volume, and packaging needs.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on:

  • Delivery location
  • Cargo weight & volume
  • Freight mode (air/sea/road)
  • Incoterms agreed (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.)

Shipping costs will be clearly outlined in your quotation/proforma invoice. Any changes in fuel surcharges, carrier fees, or port charges will be shared before dispatch.

5. Tracking & Updates

We provide tracking details and shipping documents (e.g., Airway Bill, Bill of Lading, LR Copy) after dispatch. You can request real-time updates by contacting our support team or your assigned shipping coordinator.

6. Packaging & Handling

  • Export-standard packaging (crates, pallets, cartons, etc.)
  • Weather-resistant and tamper-proof wrapping
  • Proper labelling, marking, and barcoding as required
  • Special handling (e.g., temperature control, dangerous goods) upon prior notice

7. Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • Domestic (India): GST and local taxes included in the invoice.
  • International: Duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance charges are the buyer's responsibility unless DDP terms apply.

We assist with commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, MSDS, and liaising with customs.

8. Delays & Liabilities

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance delays
  • Port congestion
  • Natural disasters or political unrest
  • Strikes or carrier issues

We will inform you of any anticipated delays and provide alternate solutions where possible.

9. Loss or Damage

All shipments are carefully inspected before dispatch. If loss or damage occurs in transit, report within 48 hours with photos and receiver's acknowledgment. Insurance coverage is available upon request for high-value goods.
